I wish there were 10 stars to give Missy! Missy has the patience of a Saint and the tenacity of a bulldog. She was incredibly patient with our family and especially elderly parents. She always answered every question we had (even the stupid ones) and explained things so we could all understand. Never ever did she say "that's standard just sign it" which I've had with other Realtors. With Missy's help we were able to put the house on the market and get 10% over asking within a few days. Yes... I know a hot housing market helped, but having a professional who knew the market and used wisdom in pricing helped a lot! Missy went above and beyond, handling all of the onsite inspections and service providers when we couldn't be there. We NEVER would have been able to handle these things without her and still keep our jobs. Missy will be this family's ONLY Realtor EVER!
